Eligibility for Cancellations:

1. Orders may be eligible for cancellation if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
2. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3. Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation, as production may begin shortly after the order is placed.

How to Cancel Your Order:

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and any relevant details about the order you wish to cancel.
3. If the order is eligible for cancellation, we will process it and confirm the cancellation via email.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:

1. If your order is successfully canceled before it has been processed or shipped, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
2. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we confirm your order cancellation.
3. Please note that any shipping fees incurred before the cancellation may not be refundable.

Exceptions:

1. Smartek 24 Company reserves the right to refuse cancellations for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
2. Orders for customized or personalized items may not be canceled once production has begun.
