Eligibility for Returns:

  1. To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Returns are not accepted for:
    • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."
    • Personalized or customized items.
    • Perishable goods.
    • Gift cards.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Include the RA number on the return packaging.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  1. Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  3. The refund will cover the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping fees.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Restocking Fee:

  1. A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns, especially if the item is not returned in its original condition (i.e., used or damaged).

  1. Smartek 24 Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
