Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."
- Personalized or customized items.
- Perishable goods.
- Gift cards.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Include the RA number on the return packaging.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days of receiving the return.
- The refund will cover the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping fees.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns, especially if the item is not returned in its original condition (i.e., used or damaged).
